- huge reduction in joint pain

I’ve been using the 500mg peppermint CBD oil for 2 months now (5 drops a day). I originally started using it to help with both low mood and chronic joint pain (I’m in my 20s and shouldn’t ache this much!) I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in my mental well-being since taking the oil (although full disclosure I’ve also been accessing a CBT course for my mood in recent weeks). But the biggest improvement I’ve noticed is a huge reduction in joint pain. On days when I forget to take the oil, I soon notice the joint pain returns so am confident it is the oil which is helping to reduce pain.
